What is a game changer for me is having a real reason, why doing the thing is important for me.
If I know doing something needs to happen to reach a certain goal that I really want to achieve, then it is a lot easier to stick to the routine.
I, for example, started running three times a week in June 2023. This is very important to me, because I finally wanted to have and keep the body of my dreams. I know running is one of the things that help me reach this goal.
That makes it easy to follow the routine. Do I want to get up at 4:30 and run? Hell no!!! Do I do it anyway? You bet I do - without missing a single time π
