What’s your usual sleep schedule?

I have always felt like a night person. Mornings used to be incredibly difficult to wake up, but now having a son, I am used to being awake at all hours and up early. Every day I hit a wall around this time of the day too. I’m so tired of being on a different schedule than most, and not really grasping it to figure out what may work best.

I struggle with my sleep schedule as well. I am up early and all day with the kids and my mom that I take care of, and then I'm up late because it's the only time I don't feel like I'm being pulled in a million directions. Even when I've tried to go to bed early, I just lay there and can't regardless of how tired I've been all day.

Getting to sleep is a whole other problem I’m terrible with. I was taking Adderall for a while to help with my ADHD. But then as my life began blowing up, it gave me too much anxiety, which I already had plenty of. Now I try to take the Clonidine prescribed at bedtime, but try to avoid Ambien since I need to wake up if Mom duty calls. It is such a struggle!
