What’s your usual sleep schedule?

I have always felt like a night person. Mornings used to be incredibly difficult to wake up, but now having a son, I am used to being awake at all hours and up early. Every day I hit a wall around this time of the day too. I’m so tired of being on a different schedule than most, and not really grasping it to figure out what may work best.

Speaking of sleep I feel like I get none. I think it’s messed up my daughter’s sleeping habits as well and it’s so hard to just stop and show her me in a chill space so that she can too. But we’re working on it. I’ve finally got her on a decent 9-11 pm realistic bed schedule where as before she was going down all diff hours just like me and it felt like we never got a break from each other which further led to my lack of getting anything done bc she monopolized ALL OF MY WAKING HOURS I literally woke up when she did and I would lay down with her to get her to sleep at whatever time and falling asleep too. That went on for almost a year, until now I at least get an hour or two before I make myself lay down to sleep. NTM it has greatly affected my relationship with her father it has seemed like we also never have any time and when I do I’m spinning my wheels getting nothing done.

I struggle with my sleep schedule as well. I am up early and all day with the kids and my mom that I take care of, and then I'm up late because it's the only time I don't feel like I'm being pulled in a million directions. Even when I've tried to go to bed early, I just lay there and can't regardless of how tired I've been all day.
