Teenagers
How do I raise my teenagers when I can’t even get everything done I should be getting done?

Yep… same question. On my good days I realize that when I communicate my issues and how I am attempting to improve, I am teaching them how to take care of and advocate for themselves and prioritize their health above a dirty floor or a sink of dishes… On a bad day, well, I end up spiraling down a self-loathing or burnout path and eventually use that as a what-not-to-do example. Ugh 😑
let them wing it. independently learning through trial and error is always more impactful than trying to tell them what to do all the time
