I use one specific lamp for studying and when it’s on no one in the house is allowed to speak to me(let’s say they are following through)…A small trick that has made a big difference for me. I call it the enlightening light πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Try taking lots of breaks In between studying. What I do is flip through all my previous lessons and try to take notes. For me if I write it down it sticks in my head.

Great advice!!!!! πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ 25 minutes work and then 5 minutes break. As the time passes I don’t want to stop for break anymore but this method helps me get started - which I find extremely hard.

Our work memory is not super efficient so you need to test yourself while studying : it is a good way to make it stick ! there is some apps that can help you with that or you can make your own quizzes.

Find a place like in library or with other people around. I think study in places like this can reduce my mind spiraling. And bring water with you so you can bite the straw to concentrateπŸ₯›(or eat chewing gums? This helps too)
