Hobbies
Does anyone else feel like they hyperfocus on one (or muliple) particular hobbies/interests for a very short time? I wish I could have a hobby for more than one week. Do you have any advice?

I have several creative things that I like to do, but I don’t know if you could call them Holly’s because I don’t do them with any regularity. I just do them when I feel like it.
Thank you for this topic. I have remnants of hobbies all over my house and I feel a lot of shame about that and frustration with myself for spending money on things and then not using them. But I am on a journey to give things away and not have the shame about them anymore. I want to forgive myself and just keep a few things that I think I will actually use. And enjoy!
the only time I reached that has been a membership at the sportclub of my daughter, which is very stable in everything she likes/dislikes- so I stayed with her, but haven't been there every time. It has been more hopping on/off but in the same sport. 🤔🫣 And it just works for me if I get to know people I like.
For me... I just have too many hobbies and I'm not good at everything that I do 🎵 (that TikTok song). Frustrating. I can't choose only ONE thing. I want to do everything. I also want advices on that...
I, too, have difficulties keeping on track if there's no discipline coming from the outside or a team activity. Many years ago, a very wise woman told me that I was not a passionate woman, but an enthusiastic person. Later I realised she was right and it took the guilt off my shoulders. I'm interested in oodles of things but don't commit till the bitter end, after a while I switch to something else. Not sure it helps you...but you never know ?! 😉
