Prioritizing

Happy Friday guys! Is anyone else having issues using the prioritize feature? It’s been 2 updates and a couple weeks (I think) since mine worked. I’m selecting prioritize from the top of my task list, it prioritizes, I accept, and then everything just reverts anyways. Is there somewhere else I can do it from that it’ll work?
