I want to sleep

Hi! I was wondering if you had any tips, anything, anything… for SLEEPING. For about a week now, I've been waking up every 1 or 2 hours. I'm exhausted. I don't have trouble falling asleep just to stay asleep. I hope that you all are ok! Thank you for your answers

I’ve been trying a thing I heard about where you pick a subject in your head (I do fruit) and go through the alphabet naming different types of that thing. It’s meant to be a pretty good hack and tbh has worked for me

Baclofen has been a LIFESAVER for me! Or melatonin gummies 🙏🏼

Even if you might do it automatically, try not to check always what time it is when you wake up and if you don’t fall back asleep, get out of bed to for example, drink something or to read a chapter from a book and then try again to fall asleep. Hope you’ll find soon something that helps! Bonne nuit ✨🌝

Yes, it is English only, but pure gold Not sure if they have translations. You can try automatic subtitles translation on YouTube. It may help

Staying asleep is difficult for me as well. It's not necessarily because I am a light sleeper and am awoken by an external noise or something. It's seems more internal and organic. Here are some things that have worked for me: 1: No caffeine after 1:00 pm 2: Before bed, drink a warm beverage like herbal tea, especially chamomile 2: Start preparing for sleep well ahead of your actual bedtime by winding down any projects, etc 3: Make sure bedroom is well ventilated and slightly cool. Also as dark as you can reasonably tolerate

4: Make sure bedroom is well ventilated and slightly cool. Also as dark as you can reasonably tolerate 5: Absolutely avoid screens and other blue light sources for three hours before bedtime or wear blue light blocking glasses 6: Use white noise or ambient noise. There are many phone apps and audio discs and devices available for this purpose. Hope this helps!
