Other diagnosis
Do you have any other diagnosis then ADHD? I got diagnosed with borderline personality disorder when I was a teenager. But as time goes bye I think that that may was just one (side)effect of the adhd 🤔

I was diagnosed with a combined personality disorder, borderline and avoidant personality disorder. Side diagnosis is depressive episodes. I'm not diagnosed with adhd, but I can relate to a lot of the symptoms. (writing this I feel like an imposter)
AdHD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Depression. My doctor tried telling me once that he thought I might have OCD and I laughed and was just like "no lol"
I’ve been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, OCD, depression, ADHD, and Tourette Disorder and I have a strong feeling I am also on the autism spectrum
chronic ptsd generalized anxiety disorder polysubstance abuse ocd benzodiazepine dependent
Yep! They told & treated me for Bi-Polar disorder for most of my life. Turns out … ADHD. It makes me so angry. Spent my life depressed, anxious and overwhelmed. I’m convinced that it caused my body to work overtime and why I don’t have a gall bladder or thyroid anymore. I don’t understand why people become doctors. I would think that it would be to figure out what is really causing a person pain and fix the root problem. I guess they all just go into it for the money. That makes me sad.
Depression, anxiety, sensory processing, for sure I also have autoimmune as Fibro, Hashimotos, and RA
Holy crap! I've just been diagnosed with Hashimotos by my new fantastic naturopath. It doesn't sound fun. I also have a bakery inside me with three kinds of candida overgrowth. I'd love to hear more about your experience and anything that's worked for you (diet, supplements, etc.), but only if you're okay sharing. I hope you have a wonderful day!
i’ve had to fight for diagnosis. from 6th grade to 7th grade, i went from A-B honor roll to C’s and D’s but no one was concerned except me. in 9th grade my parents agreed to have me tested but it was a computer test which could not have proven ADHD at all. it wasn’t until i failed two classes my senior year that my parents listened and took me to someone who could actually help. between semester 1 and 2 of senior year, i went from F’s to finishing with straight A’s. in all of that time, i was also diagnosed with OCD and severe anxiety😅
I have generalised anxiety disorder and social anxiety disorder. I think I very likely have health anxiety disorder (hypochondria) too however this is not diagnosed. I definitely feel that all my diagnoses are interwoven and whilst some ADHDers might not have anxiety, it is often a common side effect and even the way I think about my anxiety is different to neurotypical people with the same mental health issues (some people even suggest that having a mental health condition means you are neurodivergent. I think I can agree with this tbh). I also have dyscalculia which is a learning disability affecting my ability to understand “basic” maths, arithmetic, and it also affects my ability to process numbers, read graphs, timetables etc… so even without the ADHD, I am ND because of my learning disability.
Complex PTSD although I have worked through the most painful and destructive parts of it through therapy. I was diagnosed with depression in 4th grade, but I find now that I'm not depressed per se - my brain just doesn't make enough feel-good chemicals, so I have to add them manually. I do think I have rejection sensitivity disorder, which rears its charming head when I'm tired or overwhelmed. I was diagnosed with ADHD combined type 2 years ago at 54. So I wasn't a lazy, troubled teenage girl? I'm so grateful for my diagnoses because they explain everything. You all are so courageous. And we're not alone, which makes me happy.
I also have PTSD, GAD with reactivated trauma, Depression, Insomnia, Fibromyalgia, Endometriosis & PCOS, Scoliosis, TMJ and Migraine Disorder…I feel like I’m a walking diagnosis so recently finding out I have ADHD was a shock and another thing to add to the list of issues, but it’s also given me a lot of answers and clarity, it’s been a blessing in disguise.
Oh boy my first diagnoses was at the age of four for anxiety and at that time they suspected I had ADHD but because I was so young I got diagnosed with ADHD at age six or seven. at eight I got diagnosed with dyslexia and because the universe hates me I also have autism
I have PTSD, OCD, Bipolar disorder, anxiety, attachment issues, internal family system issues, alcoholism ( recovering - 6 months sober woot!), insomnia and ADHD. Physically, cirrhosis and anemia.
Bipolar 1, ocd, borderline personality disorder, ptsd, manic depression, high anxiety, as well as social anxiety and sensory processing disorders
I’ve asked my psychiatrist if I might have bpd and she’s run me through the tests and whatnot, but according to her younger than 21 is too young to diagnose bpd because a lot of the symptoms could just be you not being sure who you are yet since you’re young.
Borderline personality disorder as a teen, but not at all accurate as an adult. Anxiety, depression.
