Hi, Jasira... I can advice a bit šŸ‘... So... Try to think about consequences, what would happen, if you would do your homework, but also, what if you don't šŸ˜±... Even a negative motivation can be *A* motivation. Next, try to reward yourself with something small, after every Job well done, like candy šŸ¬šŸ«

I'm not sure which works best for you, but I'll give you some ideas how I addressed it in school/study. Either I divided my workload in less intimidating "steps"/tasks and then worked half an hour to an hour per subject a day, and about 2-4 subjects a day depending on your "length" of tasks and how draining they are. You'll get ahead but it won't blow your mind. If it's something that can't be done that way, I sometimes let the "urgency-theory" work for me - I'd order my tasks according to deadline and start with the most urgent subject, e.g. if I have biology and math homework and tomorrow there is no biology, I'd do math first and come back to the rest when it's due. But: it only works if you stick to the - 'I won't stop until everything is done'-mentality... regarding motivation, for me it was the knowledge, grades and reputation itself, but maybe you can find a small reward system?
