I’ve been using it for 2 months now and I’m getting more routine in my daily tasks. It motivates me a lot.
I really enjoy it - I've been using it 2 days now and have seen such a big improvement in my productivity and anxiety
Ex. Big Task (clean kitchen) -wipe counters -sweep -mop floor -wipe sink And after all the small pieces of the task are completed for points you get extra points for completing the task as a whole - I always struggle to complete things I've started so this would be a bit motivator and help keep things organized on the brain list
1 week streak now- the brain dump task list is really helpful I love that it gives you reward points with each task and tells you how many points you need to get to the next level. I wish I could sort tasks and subtasks together and that the prioritizing point system was attached to the brain list. The story tips are really helpful too
I feel it gives great initiative and inspiration from others who have similar struggles.
