How to find the Task to work on?!

I have insane difficulties to figure out where to start.... My place isn't the most organized... (In fact, it's pretty chaotic; I tried many times with people to get this place together but unsuccessfully... By myself it's pretty hard starting though; I'm feeling like I'm slowly getting my dishes done which NEVER been easy to do...; a part of me believe I don't deserve a place together...) I have been trying to do my laundry for almost 3-4 weeks (my place got a laundry machine downstairs where I need to put my name on a slot to get access to; I skipped my time many times) I need to do a budget for the February 19th... So I could make sure I got food for the whole month... Which sometimes is really difficult to make it last... (Food is a topic where is hard to work on... I have difficulties to go outside of my safe food doesn't mean I wanna change my diet; I just wanna make sure I got my budget enough together to create a perfect fit for my tastes....) I don't know where to start 🥺 How do you find your first tasks....
