I feel your pain, I'm trying to do things but it's rough. And I ran out of medicines so my brain is supper foggy today 💀

We all have those days. I was awful yesterday but today i managed to get a couple of things done. I then let myself take a break because i tend to go overboard and do too much and then i associate productive days with being super super super busy and active. Better to just shift things along a little bit sometimes. Is there something you could do in 10 mins that would make you feel like today had some element of productivity? If not, rest, don’t feel guilty because there’s so many of us who have days like this and at least we are trying! If you have this app that proves that!
