Has anyone tried medicine Elevanse?
I'm feeling calmer on it but I have trouble sleeping through the night and I wake up..

Feels way better for me than methylphenidate, which made me feel very wired and nervous. Lisdexamfetamine has a lot of a calmer vibe for me
I started Elvanse about a week ago, it helps with focus, but I too awake around 3 or 4 am and sometimes it's hard to get back to sleep. My internal radio starts and thoughts get all over the place. But it's not that bad every night. I believe it's just a temporary side effect. I hope...
Thanks for sharing, it gives me encouragement. I take Elevanse at 7 am, as soon as I get up. Sometimes even before breakfast. I've had a lot of stress at work lately and I see that's why I've had trouble sleeping. I'm drinking decaf coffee now and I'm on Elevanse 30.
I’m on Elvanse with a 40 mg dose and I have some difficulties to sleep, too. But the earlier I take it the better. I tried 50 mg, too, but that made my heart rate go up in the middle of the day so I went back to the lower dose. Meanwhile I’m even able to drink coffee again without bad impact on my sleep. I tried CBD and other natural resources to sleep better but funny enough the best help (which I don’t use and would not recommend as a daily solution) is a beer 🙈
I’m on 20 mg right know. I think it works good. First I tried 30 mg but couldn’t sleep for a week. My sleep schedule is better now. When I pause Elvanse for some days it takes 1-3 days where I’m not tired in the evening but it gets better. I drink coffee every day. Sometimes my heart beats faster midday, but not everyday.
I’m on 30 mg right now and it helps a lot. It does make me a bit anxious during the day though.Do you drink caffeine with it too?
