Does anyone else do this? Listening to something- to help u focus?

I find that listening to a series, movie, music, podcast (anything really)helps keep some anxiety at bay. It feels like it keeps some of the extra thought processes busy to help me focus a little better and eases anxiety somehow. Not sure why it works but it helps me .. Does anyone else do this?

Yes!!! Music 🎢 it can do some pretty amazing things & definitely therapeutic

I use music to drown out other sounds. It helps me focus on the task at hand. Sometimes, at least πŸ€ͺ

I do too!!! Some days I need 🎢🎢 but other days I need like a cleaning podcast as a body doubling tool. Don't know why it works either, I'm just glad it does! πŸ™‚
