Does anyone have any tried and true go-to secret weapons they can share whether they may be physical, mental or virtual

I also listen to my favorite music/videos/podcasts while I work on tasks like folding laundry. It helps me look forward to doing the task because I associate listening to my silly little music with doing the task. Might not help everyone but these are some things that work for me. Good luck out there soldier

There’s also a series called google translate sings and it weirdly helps because (most of the time) the lyrics are too weird for my brain to get distracted making a music video with the song and it’s nice background music

I like to meditate using the app balance. It’s free for a year. I also like to read books using audible. This app and goblin tools have helped me stay on task. I also use a calendar with color codes for myself, each kid, school and work.
