šŸ”„None of us are getting Amazon Gift Cards

Read this before they delete it. Just finished my last response on an email thread with someone from Numo. There are no gift cards. This was a cheap ploy to get users on Numo and fill up the app with content before they go into a more aggressive marketing strategy. Numo is using the ADHD community and they will tell you that you did not qualify for the gift card due to some technicality at the end of the trial. Search the App Store for "ADHD." It's a crowded marketplace and there are lots of great apps out there better than Numo.

If this is true then thatā€™s devastating but I love this app to pieces and would hate to have to pay for specific things

Hi Adamg. I just emailed Julia Ovcharenko my contact for the trial and this was her response: ā€œThat post is not true. A clinical study is real. All participants who will go to the end of the 8-week clinical study - will get the gift cards. That user who wrote the post is not ever a study participant :) ā€œ

Hey, Julia! I have tried 3 times to get someone to tell me how to cancel my subscription and get a refund. This is a result of getting no answers or help when I requested getting my squad back. It has been months since I have had anything on my squad page. I even emailed Vlad@numo.so. I would delete the app, but want my refund first! Please respond to me soon. I know someone is reading these posts.

If youā€™re using this app on an Apple device, you can go to ā€œmy subscriptionsā€ and cancel it on your end.

I searched the app store and all I see are the little clouds indicating I've already tried them and deleted them lmao. Either because they sucked or just wanted my money. Numo is the only one I've stuck with. The free year was definitely incentive, then the gift card for sure. But I definitely like this app a lot. I really like the social media/community aspect. No other ADHD apps have that. Most are carbon copies of each other lol. I'd like a gift card, sure, but if I don't get one it'll just fuel my hatred for capitalism more, but I wouldn't enjoy Numo any less lmao

Even if I donā€™t get anything at the end of the 3 months. Iā€™m still happy participating. Itā€™s help me be more productive and consistent with my tasks. Take your hate somewhere else and go use those other apps youā€™re talking about! ļæ¼

I agree, Iā€™ve already been more focused on things I need to get done because of this app and I have tried/failed others.. Iā€™ve signed in and completed so many tasks just because it is keeping my attention with their reward system, not to mention the courses are so informative! I only wished they had MORE.. I blasted through most of them in 2 weeks šŸ˜…

And you are not a participant in our clinical trial :) so I really can't get your hate. Please remember, this is a hate-free community. If you don't like Numo- ask for a refund.

Hi Adam! I am Julia, CEO of Numo. It seems like you have some anxiety about the trial. Itā€™s a real clinical trial, we are giving the app for free to participants for 3 months, and everyone who will use it till the end of the trial will get a gift card. Why you are so mad?

Hi Julia - how can I be part of the clinical trial (if you are still interested in getting more participants)?
