Hi Brains! Medicantion advice…

Hi. I am a (young) 60, diagnosed at 58. It explains so much. I finally began meds 36mg of Concerta. Taking it for a month. No difference made. I’m bummed. The only other med I’ve tried is Armodafinil, which helps the sluggishness and a bit of ED, but I so did not want to keep trying meds. How does Vyanse work for most of you?
