Motivation

How do you get motivated to start a task? I can think about doing it all day, but getting started is next to impossible.

Totally can relate, I promise myself something nice only after completing it, a cup of coffee, a biscuit etc. And also try to remind myself of this pleasant feeling of completing a task right after. But it’s hard, I get it 🥲
