Yes, same here. I can go for two, three days with less than 4 hours sleep, and still be on top of my game, but more than that makes me topsy turvy with my emotional regulation

Sometimes when I only sleep for maximum 3 hours, I feel more energized than usual. 😅 But if I don’t sleep enough for some days it’s very hard to exit 🤣
