I’m doing ok today. Taking my kids out so I’m out of the house helps, but not staying out so long I get dysregulated. Remembered to drink tea this morning instead of coffee so I’m a lot calmer. I finally figured out the “brain dump” is a fancy to do list. Lol. Later today I’ll be dropping my daughter off at her dad’s house which always dysregulates me for a while. I kind of want to see my boyfriend. He has adhd too which can be a good thing or a bad thing.
