I’m doing ok today. Taking my kids out so I’m out of the house helps, but not staying out so long I get dysregulated. Remembered to drink tea this morning instead of coffee so I’m a lot calmer. I finally figured out the “brain dump” is a fancy to do list. Lol. Later today I’ll be dropping my daughter off at her dad’s house which always dysregulates me for a while. I kind of want to see my boyfriend. He has adhd too which can be a good thing or a bad thing.

I feel pretty good right now. Just going through the motions after a tough week.

I’m feeling okay. I’m not medically able to work atm as I’m going to be having brain surgery on October 3rd. It’s been pretty rough to keep my ADHD from making me fidgety.

I didn’t know that feeling emotional was apart of adhd. Explains so much 😂
