Product Recommendation for Remembering Meds

I found a thing on Amazon called the Pill Popper (admittedly an unfortunate name) that is a silicone popper fidget that attaches to your medication so you can mark off when you take it. Has been a huge help for me.

I find it’s all about routine for me. I put them in my work bag and my watch vibrates everyday at 8am to remind me to take them. Luckily they’re in my bag so I don’t forget them. On days I’m off they’re still in my work bag but that’s ok. It’s at the front door.

Not even the critical medication reminders on my iPhone are a match for my ADHD lmao

I’ve tried everything almost and still struggle - reminders, pill packs, leaving it right where I sit, apps, the list goes on! I hate pills! If it’s a weekly med I do ok within a day or two mostly and if it’s somewhat instant gratification that I feel better no problem but daily I struggle with sooo much?!!! I kinda feel like the big dispenser would help but its$$$ Looked at what you’re talking about but idk
