
How do you guys remember to eat?
I’m physically healthy apart from having a BMI of 26. Yet, I can’t seem to remember to eat. Like, if I’m alone at home for the whole day, it’s gonna be at least 10 PM before I think of if I ever had anything to eat. This causes many problems at home and in relationships with my husband because he’s worried that I don’t receive enough nutrients. We’re both doctors, and I should know better. Yet, the only time I think about food or have an urge to eat is when I see food in ads or someone visits for dinner. Any tips on eating healthy and actually remembering to eat?
