Hey, which app do you use to track your periods?

I love the Flo app! It’s convenient and accurate.

I used to use hormonology but they discontinued it due to tracking and privacy controls for womens’ safety. I understand, but I miss it.

I am super sleepy and that is what I do, too. Soft blanket, couch and my fave chocolate.

My symtoms increase a lot before my period 🫠 So my doctor has actually given me additional medicine to use during my pms 🙏😅 which helps a bit, but I still notice the changes…

It doesn’t do anything to my hormones, it’s just that my regular adhd medicine is not as effective when I have pms, so an extra dose helps me to not get overwhelmed by increased ADHD symptoms 🫠💚

I noticed that I am extremely fatigued during the period of high progesterone. I concentrate well then but between naps😅

Oh this is helpful to know. Is it for hormone stability?
