Apps for ADHD 📝

Please, share the apps that you use for your ADHD traits, except of Numo of course 👌 E.g. I use Waterlama for water tracking, it is awesome! What are yours?

I use Brili for helping me with routines. It’s great for timing you and means I don’t forget to do things I need to (eg brush my teeth when I’m getting ready in the morning)

Notion for Journaling, Planning bigger Stuff and Learning. Tho it's not an App i have a bulletin journal which is really helpful especially considering digital dementia. Besides this I use Google calendar for noting down important dates and meet ups.

Did you build your layout in Notion yourself or did you buy templates?

I use Opal to keep from overusing social media when I should be focusing on other things

I’m going to try it out and it said that there’s a code if a “friend” referred you. What’s your code and you may get 30 days off!

Streaks, Propel, Headway,Focus Keeper and ADHD life hacks. Streaks is awesome not as good as NUMO but is similar to having a life coach. 😊

Tried Abby peeps? 🤔 Abby - AI therapy has just launched. I find it helpful in relation to skills work, to learn new ideas and work through my thoughts. 🤗 🔗 https://abby.gg/

I love Rize. It tracks my time automatically and helps see where I focus and where my time goes.

There is. It’s on the premium side. 9.99 a month if paid by the year. But it replaces a lot of potential apps and subscriptions for me.

Is there a cost/subscription for Rize? That sounds amazing! I love anything that can help without being another “to do” thing on my list.

I like Plant Nanny for water tracking and My Fitness Pal for food tracking. I use Linc for making sure I don’t go too long without checking in with people. How We Feel is great for mood tracking and it also shows trends. Bookly both to track reading and also as a record of my library so I don’t double purchase books. Happier is fun for longer term goals and also little challenges. Ahead is similar to the learning modules in here but not just focused on ADHD. Bionic Reading - good when I have to do a lot of reading on my phone.

I hope you find a way to do it on you android. I can’t even begin to say how much of a game changer it is! The best is when I am on my phone doing something else (procrastinating on social media) and then an app opens. It is enough of a distraction to stop me, but easy enough to get back to what I was doing if I need to.

Ooh, I need to see if android will do something like this, open apps at specific times or places. I know I can set goggle routines to trigger things, so I'm going to look
