Ever feel like you have to keep the momentum going when you have a deadline to meet but everything decides to happen at once. Any tips on how not to lose my entire shit 😭😅🙃

9moI don’t have tips; but solidarity. I find myself often getting lost in hyper focus through to completion and then the guilt and overwhelm kicks in. Real stellar for my mental health.
