Hi ! Well, funny you mention that (though I’m not sure what you mean exactly), cause I just received my pre-ordered copy of « The New Perimenopause » by Dr Mary Claire Haver and it looks like it will be VERY helpful - and when my husband opened it at random he happened on a page treating the subject of ADHD, so… Has anyone read it yet / heard about it ?

I e heard about it but haven’t read it yet. I’m in the community though. Pretty sure I have both.
