How do you guys deal with the inner critic who seems to always there. What techniques do you guys use to boost your selfesteem?

2yOh my Lord! I feel this! I wanted to make YouTube videos and my first 3 or 4 were trash. So i gave up and my brain hated it! Even thinking of going back to it hurts
