100% I used to weigh 220 lbs more than I do now. I hated myself then. Now, minus 220 lbs, all I see in the mirror is disgusting sagging skin and I still have a "fat face" profile 🙄 I can't stand catching sight of me in mirrors.

I feel this but losing 220 is a HUGE accomplishment good for you that’s so awesome! as soon as I start gaining a little bit of weight like, for example, after going on vacations Or during my cycle, I rly feel it (I use to work out all the time but ever since moving and my work hrs and balancing house chores and my band I don’t have much time to work out anymore so It easier for me to gain a little after eating one cookie or something) but then my eyes laser focus on all the imperfections and extra “blubber” every-time I look in the mirror. I actually get so mad and self Sabotage so hard.

I do, and I don’t like it. Some days I feel great, others I feel so strange looking.

Ugh I feel that, it sucks Sometimes I can’t even look in the mirror bc then I get self conscious and end up not wanting to do anything…
