I take caffein as an alternative. But drink one black coffee in the morning per day. Medication doesn’t work well for me and I don’t want to be reliant on it for the rest of my life. But I can’t find a whole lot on alternatives
Definitely not 😅 but I think it’s a dosage thing, at least for me it is. If I drink one coffee, especially when I’m already about to get tired, I’m getting really tired. If I drink more caffeinated drinks, it focuses me. It’s not that I get hyper or super awake, but the sleepiness is gone again. It also intensifies the focus effects of my meds for me, so I’m times of intensified focus work it’s caffeine plus meds for me 🙈😅
I have to get up at 5 am for work so I take my vyvanse and an energy drink, I feel like there’s no other way for me to be energized in the morning
I need my coffee, despite taking elvanse, but I've noticed that energy drinks is a bad idea for me.
