Adderall is both available in my country, and there is no alternative with the exact same substances. The closest (I think) is Attentin, but it only contains one of two substances in Adderall.

No. Had max dose concerta + ritalin boost. Switched to elvanse/vyvanse a couple of days ago, and even on 30 mg I feel like it helps me more. I have inattentive ADHD with autistic traits though, and "ADD" as it's still most commonly called where I live, can be harder to medicate than combined ADHD. My sister (combined) takes concerta and is very happy with it.

Adderall is the best imo

I switched to Elvanse too and it is a game changer compared to Medikinet for me - 80mg methylphenidate did hardly anything for me, 50mg of lisdexamphetamine and I have focus and clarity that feels like magic to me 🍀

it’s about having self control and making yourself do important things! it’s called adulting and people did it for 1000’s of years before amphetamine was the ADHD cure all!

I tried Ritalin, Medikinet and Concerta. They all make my hearth beat crazy and Concerta's withdrawal turned into a horrible situation. Plus, I haven't experienced expected outcomes from them. Consequence, I don't use any ADHD meds anymore (I have 2 antidepressants for my depression and Dideral for my anxiety though).

It’s not about dimming for anyone it’s about keeping the dopamine where you need it to be able to do things important to you or for your path.

I started with Medikinet (same ingredient) on May 1st this year. Started with 10mg and felt nothing, went up slowly and at 60mg I thought it might have some effect but not phenomenal in any way. The last two days I tried 80mg, but it didn’t feel any different. I have asked my doctor and I actually should feel a big difference from no medication to medication. The plan is to take the 80mg for 5 days and then we see where we are. Luckily I have absolutely no negative reactions to the medication, but I’m kinda underwhelmed by the positive effects. Did this happen to anyone else? If so, did anything help you better? I’m in Germany so the only options we have are Methylphenidate and Lisdexamfetamin (Elvanse/Vyvanse) - Adderall is not available 🤷🏼‍♂️

Personally, I don't like what it does to my organism. Yes, I can sit still, but I am still distracted.
