Don’t forget to schedule your rewards and self-care

It’s easiest for us to create long to-do lists, but we often forget about ourselves due to the feeling of not doing enough. We should also block out time for ourselves on our list; that might be the most significant effort, as you may not believe you deserve it

This is what I’ve been missing! I’m so focused on trying to be productive that I completely forget to look after myself. Gonna make a routine now!

I love this idea!! I add things in like read 10 pages of my book, take a walk, etc.

If you’re like me, it may seem like a good idea, but you’ll never find the motivation to put it into practice :( I’m developing a way to add some fun to it. For example, measure how many pages you can read in 10 minutes and challenge yourself to read that number of pages or even a few more in that time, and try to improve your score. I think it can work because you focus on an immediate action rather than finishing the entire book/chapter, and you won’t be left with the feeling of not having accomplished anything.
