All the time! My emotions take over when I have an argument or discussion. Once I am not overwhelmed, I can think straight and come up with what I should have said.
Sometimes it feels like there is a third party , like in a sitcoms where the voice will react to what I’m saying or about to say.
I have full-on arguments with my husband in my head. By the time he gets home, we've fought and realized the issue without having m ever knowing it happened 😜
I find myself getting stuck in repetitive word loops. Like I get a word or phrase in my head and I say it on repeat in my mind until I'm distracted by something else.
I figured if I don't talk out loud to myself I probably wouldn't say alot well my kids were at school. Also something I need a good d conversation and I know myself best 😆

I'm a schizo since 19 now 27 as I do have the voices. Lol idk if that counts sorry don't mean to laugh it's a defense thing yeah know.
Yes. Always. I narrate my life when my brain isn’t busy enough. I have all the tabs in my brain open. Before I knew my adhd I didn’t understand where that voice came from.
