Im a 43 year old mom of teenagers and i feel like ive left every job ive ever had this way. Youre not alone.

Ugh. That’s rough. I’ve been through that before. The tricky part for me was to see what was catastrophic thinking (I freaking suck, everyone knows it, I’ll never get another job let alone a good one, what the hell is wrong with me!!??) from my value as a human being. I’m holding space for you as you work through this, which you will. You are strong and resilient and deserve a job that fits you. 🥰
