Anyone else have a really bad Stutter?

I don’t know when it started but for probably the last year I’ve had a stutter that has been worsening. It started off that sometimes I couldn’t finish a word and I would have to re say it but now it’s turned into a whole thing where I often can’t finish a sentence and my girlfriend has to walk me through with what I’m trying to say. Anyone else have this problem? It went from almost nothing to my brain just freezing every few sentences. ;-;
