Hate cooking
I feel defeated by cooking and it didn't become better with age. Feeling like a failure and starting to hate the whole concept of eating because of this.

Omg! Me too! I barely eat! I barely prep food. And worst is that I do hardly anything for my boys because of this. I’ll have my husband cook something on the weekends and his midweek day off. And then reheat that for them during the week if we have it. Or else it’s popcorn chicken or corndogs. Or creative nachos. I used to be more interested in cooking. And then one day, it just died. NOT that I was ever all THAT interested in cooking to begin with. Here lately I just snack and make a smoothie.
Get you some meal deliveries!! You’ll never have to worry about missing ingredients and it could help teach you how to prepare certain foods yourself 😊 My issue with cooking is the inevitable dishes or even getting started.. I always end up standing in the kitchen for hours 😑
Ugh I completely relate with you here!😮💨Some days I would literally prefer to eat nothing than cook. I get meal delivery kits to try make cooking a bit more exciting than just cooking the same basic stuff I know over and over. It helps a bit but I still honestly can’t think of anything worse than cook at the end of the day. I try to hack this by making a recipe in bulk on the weekend that can last me a few days during the week that I can freeze. Most days I figure a frozen reheated meal is way better than take away at least. Hope that helps!
