If I am very hungry but disfunctional I take (rice and peas) protein-powder. I learned somewhere that this helps to become more calm. And protein is better nutrition than carbohydrates and fat.
My fastes to go meal is bread (ok, I'm german) and a bit tomato paste and a slice of cheese. If I feel fancy, I add a lettuce leaf oder some herbs like thyme and marjoram.
I absolutely LOVE cooking. Try some easy apps like "Chefkoch", buy a healthy ingredient and build a meal around it. I love baked feta pasta from the oven, already got your fresh tomatoes, olive oil, herbs, onion, garlic. And carbs of course, but you could use whole grain pasta, add a salat et voila. Try soups (carrotsoup, zucchinisoup, brokkolisoup) with "healthy" bread to actually fill you. Make a fruit bowl with yoghurt and a drop of honey for sweetness, maybe nuts. Maybe those ideas may help π₯°
