Breakfast Protein Suggestions?

I need examples of breakfast ideas. I have been eating protein bars because they’re good to grab and go, but it doesn’t seem to be enough! Preferably something that you can prepare the night before and eat cold or microwave easily. Help!!

I’m on an oatmeal kick lately. I get high protein oatmeal, make it in the microwave with Fairlife milk, and throw some blueberries in. It’s delicious and filling.

Similar idea: I buy a big bag of Bob’s steel cut oats. I’ll make a batch in the Instapot, then portion it out for each workday. In the morning, I put a little bit of skim milk in it and microwave it for 30 to 45 seconds on high. It’s perfect for me. I stay full until lunchtime. Depending on how much time you have in the morning to prepare and eat something: I figured out how to make scrambled eggs in the microwave. They turn out pretty decent. I’m all about the protein, so I put three eggs in a ceramic cereal bowl and beat them then add a tablespoon of ice cold water , 28 grams of shredded cheese. I heat it for 55 seconds on high in the microwave, then stir it, then microwave it again on high for 48 to 50 seconds. I tend to like my scrambled eggs on the soft side so when the time is done, they do tend to be a little runny, but when I stir them together and let it sit for a minute or so, it’s perfect for me. That grosses out my husband out, so he does his for a minute, stirs, then another 50 seconds. I can prepare and eat this in about 10 minutes. The only downside is that it’s a mess to clean up the bowl afterwards. I put water in it and let it soak all day, then clean it up when I get home from work. Happy mornings to you!
