Does any one of you guys have endogenous depression ? How do you deal

With constant mood changes and attacks of anxiety ? Beacose I feel like the pain always comes back so why bother to live with it and just end it all

I’m very sorry your situation is so painful… I may be way out of line, but I watched a documentary about some new drugs for treating long-term depressions : have you been proposed some specific medications (Sorry if you have…) ? I just want to make sure you’re getting the help you need…

Yes I am. I’m on my way to heal fully I’m taking antidepressants and doing mindfulness. But it’s just hard after all so yes I am okay I’m defenitly not going to end it but i still sometimes have such thoughts

I don’t have any mental health problems, but just a reminder there’s so much light in this world worth living for ❤️
