Have I taken my medication today? Or not?

Does anyone else have this problem? I just forget whether I’ve taken it or not. And if I wait too long to see if it kicks in, everything gets delayed… I bought a small weekly pill organizer, and it works, but I’m not a big fan of it. Plus, I often forget to refill it, which brings me back to the original problem. How do you all handle this? Any ideas?
