best noise cancelling headphones?

i'm willing to put forward a decent amount of money to get some good headphones, like anything under $100 is probably sketchy... but over $500 before tax or anything is excessive. i need OVER ear NOT on ear, they can't squeeze my head, they need active noise cancelling, i would like if they last a decent amount of time or have a warranty for replacement or repair or even spare parts etc. what do y'all use? or have you borrowed some and fallen in love with them or something? need deets!!

I would say sennheiser hd600, Bose and beats but beats are bass heavy depends what you’re looking for

I love my Bose QC 35 II, I got them 3 years ago and haven't felt the need to replace them yet. I'll probably get the QC 45 when it's time to upgrade.

I have the Sony - WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones. They are about $350 and amazing. You can switch between noise cancelling and ambient sound. You can also download the app on your phone and allow the head phones to “learn”. Aka it adjust the noise cancelling level and loudness of whatever you are listening to automatically based on the level of noise typically in that environment. I live in one of the most major cities in the world (super loud) and am a designer (I really need to be able to do deep focus to work), and these work so well. There is a cheaper version that is around $150, if $350 is too close to the higher end of your budget, and I believe they are also pretty decent.
