Suggestions for meal prepping?
I already forget to eat, but then I avoid making real meals because having too many steps is overwhelming. Or if it’s a recipe, I suddenly get dyslexic and do steps out of order. Or I waste food from leftovers. Which leads me to eat easy and very basic, and so I feel really tired after working out. My idea of a meal is sliced tofu over a chopped salad kit, or avocado toast.
