hacks for waking up on time

I just do not manage to get up on time, regardless of what I tried. It always worked for like one day (most likely because it was something new and I therefore have been kinda exited to try it out lol) but after that I instantly went back to the habit of just not waking up. So I’d really appreciate y’all sharing any hacks or advise. Thanks!!

Sunlight clock made by Phillips (this is not a paid endorsement). Wake up to a light that mimics the sunrise. You can find one at the thrift store if you hunt for it. A game changer for me!

i already got one (think it’s also made by phillips)!! love it as it helps to not wake up in the dark but sadly it doesn’t wake me up and keep me awake as well :/

I used to struggle with this a lot. Then I started putting my phone with multiple alarms, all different sounds at a walking distance from my bed, forcing me to get up and then having to remember to shut off all the alarms. By then my brain starts waking up and I’m already walking towards the coffee. There are also puzzle alarm clocks and I’ve seen ones that will roll around the floor on wheels forcing you to chase it. But I haven’t tried those yet.

thank you so much!! i already tried some things like alarm clocks that won‘t stop ringing until you solved some math-tasks, using a light clock and whatever.. however, I think I‘ll start to combine those with placing them on the other side of the room (i can just hope that this will get me out of bed instead of me just not caring about the ringing alarm in the end lol).
