Hold for today’s hack

Does anyone else get this screen when they first open up the app? I’m embarrassed to say how many times I have held my phone waiting for something to happen and nothing ever does. Does anybody know what this is about?

Yes but this happens at a weird time of the day for me, like mid-afternoon I think? Seems like it doesn’t take time zone into account or something.
