Would be super nice to have a more elaborate list of emotions to pick

The current is sort of limited, would be great to have more nuance

I use an app called How We Feel for my mood/emotion tracking. It starts with four main categories (high energy pleasant, low energy pleasant, high energy unpleasant, and low energy unpleasant). And then in each category, there are 36 options, and they are kind of arranged so that the options in each row/column are move from least extreme (middle of the grid) to most extreme (edges). And you can see all the options, picking the main category really just decides where it starts you in the grid. Also, after selecting a mood, you can enter a reflection. And the reflection can be AI-guided asking questions to dig in to the emotion a little. But my favorite thing is that when picking an emotion, it gives a short description of the emotion so that you can pick based on more than just the word/name.

Hi! Iโ€™m the founder of Numo ๐Ÿ“ And youโ€™re absolutely right โ€” our emotion list is a bit limited, and we can definitely make it better. But I need your help. Please drop in the comments the emotions you actually feel โ€” especially the nuanced, neurodivergent-specific ones that apps usually ignore. Weโ€™ll collect everything and upgrade the emotional check-in. Thank you for helping us build this together ๐Ÿ“

Maybe sensitive would be good? There's days where you can just be set off by anything ๐Ÿ˜…โ˜†ใƒŸ
