Do you guys have any tips to help fall asleep faster and / or stay asleep longer? I tend to overthink a lot so it takes me a while and i usually end up falling asleep way later than is good for me. any tips or tricks?

I like to doodle or play fun games on my phone until I'm so tired [not the healthiest] lol but it works and it isn't stressful and keeps my racing thoughts at bay
Before going to bed (or in bed) try to write down everything that is on your mind (well do your best cause sometimes you can’t write it all) ., it can free up some space in your mind by just expressing the thoughts on paper (when i’m overthinking sometimes the thought tend to circle around in repeat in my head so it can be useful to write) 🤷🏼♀️
I have an app called ADHDWhiteNoise that I use once I’m ready to fall asleep. It has a variety of different brown noises that allow my brain to focus on the listening instead of the overthinking. If I know I’ve got a lot going on I’ll take 5-10mins and make a list or do a stream of consciousness journaling to unload what’s floating around in there.
