Anybody have ideas of tasks or brain dump ideas to post? For the life of me I can't think of things I need to do on a regular or weekly basis.

Don’t put pressure on yourself to think of something, maybe just try adding and ticking off tasks as you do them. Have a look at your squad tasks for inspiration. Then if there’s something you want to do soon but can’t/don’t want to do today then just add it but schedule it for another day. Over time you might notice that there’s things you do every day or a few times a week, putting them down in the app helps to do them with intention and then boom you have a routine! My days now start with prioritising my task list which has helped me do things more efficiently. Hope that helps!
I understand that. I know that I have a LOOOOONG list of to dos but for the life of me cannot remember a single thing when I try and plan my day or week even. 😩
I add chores (laundry, dishes, etc.) as needed, arriving at work, and picking out my outfit the night before. I’ve seen others put their morning and evening routines on their lists (skincare, getting ready, brushing teeth, etc.). Brain dumping is supposed to help get tasks out of our heads, so you can do it your own way!
