Anyone tried binaural beats for studying?
They really work for me but I’m scared of any subconscious messaging or other long term impact they may have but I don’t have time to over research right now cause of uni 😭

2yYes. I use them for sleep too. There are specific ones for ADHD that will help you focus and ones that will calm the constant brain chatter for sleeping. It's the only way I can get a decent REM sleep.
