Anyone have some good hacks for dealing with the countless hours of procrastination and disassociation fed by doom scrolling, social media rabbit holes, constant googling of stuff, games and audiobook hours of time, binge watching shows. You get the point. If I added up all the hours I have wasted with this in the last several years it would be horrifying. Thanks for any ideas/hacks shared for my first post on here. ♥️
