Days where your brain doesn’t want to work properly:
If you have days that are just impossible to be ok. Where it feels like you can’t breathe because that one little task that feels like the world is on top of you. It’s suffocating, I went through it today. I’m here to let you know and to remind you, that it’s ok to fall apart and to just shut down for a day. It’s ok to give yourself time to recover. It’s ok to not feel your best! Don’t let anyone make you feel like you’re lazy, ADHD paralysis sucks lol!
