Sleep

I wanna sleep to ASMR but I feel as that it is weird because it’s kind of like a weird habit instead of actually just publicly admitting that you listen to it idk if y’all get it lmk

Not weird at all, ASMR helped me sleep throughout the pandemic—best discovery for my insomnia that I’ve found. I just put on a video or playlist, set the timer in my phone, and tada! Sleep within minutes usually.
